As part of the Service, you may be asked to provide us with certain information pertaining to pitchers for your middle school or high school baseball teams including, without limitation, his name, date of birth, school grade, and throwing arm (“Player Information”). In addition, as part of the Services you will have the ability to provide performance information for such pitchers including, without limitation, the days the pitcher pitched in a game and the number of pitches the pitcher pitched in a game (“Performance Information”).

Personal Information, Player Information and Performance Information are collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Collected Information.”

How We Use Information That We Collect

We may use Collected Information that you submit to us to provide you with access to the Service, to create an account on your behalf, to provide you with products, services or information that you request, or to otherwise respond to your inquiry.

We may use your Player Information and Performance Information to provide Services to other users. Specifically, other Users will have access to the following information for each of your pitchers: name, nickname, the last day the pitcher pitched a game, the number of pitches the pitcher threw in his or her last game and throwing arm. Similarly, you will have access to such pitcher information of other users.

We may use your Collected Information, in anonymized form and aggregated with other information, and provide such information to third parties. However, this use will in no way reveal your Personal Information to such third parties. We may also use any Collected Information that you submit, separately or in combination with pre-existing information to:

In addition, we will use your Payment Information to process payment for any paid Services that you elect. If we are involved in a transaction such as a merger, stock purchase or sale, or sale of substantially all of our assets, your Collected Information and/or Payment Information may be transferred to the other party in the transaction. We reserve the right to disclose your Collected Information and/or Payment Information if required to do so by law or legal process or otherwise requested by any law enforcement or agency acting under color of law.

We have established appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information we collect via the Service. We cannot enforce or control the security of devices and networks that you may use to submit information to us. We are not responsible for the disclosure or interception of your information before we receive it.
